Dual Career Resources - Process

Recruitment of New Faculty and Staff

When it is clear that an offer of employment may be made to a faculty or staff who will relocate to Utah for a regular position (full-time, permanent and fully benefits-eligible) at the U, the Dean, Department Chair or Director must notify the Dual Career Resources Coordinator if there is a partner who requests assistance finding employment and provide the new employee's contact information.

New Employees

All employees who qualify must contact the Dual Career Resources Coordinator within one month of starting their on-line orientation modules in order to be eligible for assistance.

  • First determine if you are eligible for Dual Career Resources. Click here for a list of requirements.
  • If you yes, have your supervisor/chair etc, contact the Dual Career Resources Coordinator and request services on your behalf. Please note that they will have to confirm your relocation and employment status to determine your eligibility.
