, regarding your rights and obligations. If proceeding to a Step II Grievance, you will be asked to complete a Staff Grievance Form
, which will allow you to submit your written grievance statement to Employee Relations. This document, and any supporting documents you submit, will be sent to a higher level supervisor who may contact you to schedule a meeting. Employee Relations will then be responsible for monitoring the grievance process.
