Performance Management for University Staff
University departments are expected to conduct regular performance management discussions and evaluations with staff
members as part of a performance management plan. A performance management plan may include regular meetings to set
and review expectations, an annual performance evaluation, training needs assessment, and goal setting.
Your HR Management Team can assist you with the implementation of a performance management plan and answer questions about staff employee performance evaluations. Evaluation tools and templates are available by contacting your HR Management Team. Find your HR Contacts here.
