Submit a completed Career Progression Assessment (PDF) and attach the signed PDF onto the ePAF. In order to be considered for a career progression an employee must have been performing the new job duties for at least 6 months and have completed their probationary period. Career progression requests will only be considered for employees in a UCareer job code who are advancing one level within their established career progression track.
The PDF is designed to be completed by any one of the following individuals:It is recommended for the initiator to complete the PDF in one sitting. Please have the PDF ready before ePAF submission. Upon completed review, the initiator will receive an ePAF notification with the final decision of the career progression request.
