Job Summary
Coordinates with Utah’s colleges, universities and the system of public instruction to develop, provide and promote quality educational programming, resources and services on Utah Education Network (UEN) systems for Utah students.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus five years of experience in public or higher education or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) required; demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, human relation skills and computer literacy also required.
Teacher’s certification or Master’s degree in Education preferred.
Experience integrating technology (such as materials from the Internet and instructional video) into the teaching and learning process; working with adult students; grant-writing and fundraising; working with administrative boards (i.e., local boards of education, statewide steering committees) and post-secondary education programs also preferred.
