Job Summary
Coordinates marketing and communications to maximize sales, create brand awareness and ensure effective internal and external communications.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related area, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience); one year of related experience; and demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills.
Experience in different styles of writing, publishing software packages and advertising concepts may be preferred.

Essential Functions
Problem Solving
The incumbent has the authority to assist clients in deciding whether to place ads in various media and whether the media fits their target audience. She/he also makes decisions on last minute catalog changes with clients and decides and shoots videos for production of various projects.
Representative challenges faced by the incumbent include supervising and working with various areas to coordinate marketing and communications efforts. He/she produces professional video camera work for public service announcements; supervises Accounts Payable and Receivable; purchases advertising space; and participates in national award-winning contests.
