Job Title: Project Facilitator

Job Summary

Supports the development and implementation of an externally funded program and plays an important role in the day-to-day activities of the project.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in reltaed field or equivalency; plus 2 years related experience; demonstrated communications skills; and a commitment to providing excellent customer service required. Experience in management or coordination, training, quality assurance, team building, program development and evaluation preferred.

Essential Functions

  1. Monitors the process and outcomes of the projects.
  2. Assists in preparing reports and manuscripts.
  3. Assists in staffing the project by interviewing, hiring and training employees.
  4. Reviews monthly budget statements to ensure that the project has the funds needed for continuation.

Often: Repetitive hand motion (such as typing), walking.
