Job Summary
Supervises the day-to-day operations of a computerized events ticketing office and manages all supplementary money matters. Oversees the delivery of customer service, trains and supervises ticketing office staff.
Qualifications
Five years experience in box office ticket sales or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) required. An in-depth knowledge of accounting procedures, familiarity with ticketing software programs and computer hardware needs and demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills are also required.
Supervisory experience preferred.
This position is not responsible for providing patient care.
