Job Summary

Oversees the collection, compilation, and input of data. Analyzes and summarizes data. Prepares reports. Makes recommendations to administrators based on analysis of data.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalency; two years experience in collecting, organizing analyzing, and presenting data; and demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills required.

Essential Functions

  1. Oversees the collection and organization of data that are entered into databases.
  2. Ensures the accuracy of data, analyzes conflicting data, and verifies/collects missing information.
  3. Utilizes computer programs/software to analyze data; determines trends and changes in data.
  4. Develops and presents recommendations for a course of action based on the analysis of data.
  5. Provides documents/reports to administrators and outside agencies as required.
  6. Handles special projects and creates special reports as needed.
  7. May perform supervisory duties.

Nearly Continuously: Office environment.

Nearly Continuously: Sitting, hearing, listening, talking.

Often: Repetitive hand motion (such as typing), walking.
