Job Summary
The Athletics Revenue Officer will be an innovative and result-oriented commercial leader who will lead the charge in monetizing new and innovative assets and platforms in the marketplace. This pivotal role is designed for a visionary leader who can bring a fresh perspective and transformative ideas to the department, by developing and executing revenue-generating strategies that leverage emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities. Moreover, the individual must be highly analytical and have notable experience in taking a data-driven, decision-making approach. The successful individual will have a proven track record of developing and ensuring a positive culture internally within their team, the entire organization, and externally among fans and the community.
The Athletics Revenue Officer will be expected to possess or develop a deep understanding of current issues facing Division I Intercollegiate athletics, including NIL and collectives, the potential impact of student athletes being reclassified as employees, and issues arising from the NCAA Transformation Committee and how they will impact the strength and viability of the institution.
The Position is charged with enhancing and modernizing revenue streams. As such, it will interact and could oversee all athletics revenue generating departments, such as the Athletic Ticket Office and Digital Media/Licensing units, and outsourced partnerships in concessions, licensing, merchandising, ticketing, and multimedia rights. This Position is responsible for ensuring continual collaboration and innovation between all internal and external units.
This position offers 15 days of PTO.
