University of Utah Job Description
Coordinates the recruiting efforts of corporate recruiters by providing knowledge of the University’s services, policies, and departments, scheduling University students with employers, and assisting with the logistical support to ensure an effective recruitment process.
Bachelor's degree or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) in a related area; one year of experience in career services, human resources, working in a campus environment or post college experience; a basic knowledge of employment policies, legal constraints and interviewing techniques; and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and effective communication skills required. The ability to manage time and the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks are also required.
A degree in a related area may include human resources, behavioral sciences, business or other relevant field.

This position by nature has a varying schedule, especially in the spring and in the fall. The incumbent may be asked to work a flexible schedule during peak times.
