Job Summary

Facilitates the employment of University of Utah students by coordinating the communication between employers and University students and Alumni.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, liberal arts, or a related field, or equivalency; and demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills.Experience with the Internet, Resume Expert, and DataEase is preferred.

Essential Functions

  1. Locates and develops off-campus jobs for students.
  2. Uses Resume Expert, the Internet, and other programs to link students with employers and jobs.
  3. Provides training for students.
  4. Makes use of employer information on the Internet.
  5. Designs promotional campaigns.
  6. Develops public relation activities.
