Job Summary
Perform research and analysis in one or more functional areas within the Division of Human Resources. Capture, analyze, and report on HR trends, business processes, market data, and/or other information. Administer, coordinate, and help facilitate various projects, programs, and initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, related field, oor equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) plus one year of experience working in HR.
Demonstrated computer (MS Office: Excel/ Word/ Outlook), human relations and effective communication skills required.
