Job Summary

Perform research and analysis in one or more functional areas within the Division of Human Resources. Capture, analyze, and report on HR trends, business processes, market data, and/or other information. Administer, coordinate, and help facilitate various projects, programs, and initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, related field, or equivalency (two years of related experience can be substituted for one year of education) plus one year of experience working in HR.

Demonstrated computer (MS Office: Excel/ Word/ Outlook), human relations and effective communication skills required.

Essential Functions

Essential Functions
  • Consults with customers and business partners on projects.
  • Under guidance and supervision, collects, studies, analyzes, and interprets various forms of HR data. Performs studies and conducts research.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Participates in meetings, group discussions, and department projects.
  • Assists in the rollout and implementation of HR programs.
  • Disburses submitted leave/claim documentation
  • Adds initial information to Tracking Spreadsheets
  • Answers basic AM questions – email and phone
  • Responds to Process Checks from ADA, OEO, ER Teams
  • Participates in monthly vendor meetings
  • Participates in monthly HR stakeholder meetings (Billing, ADA)
