Job Summary
Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer and the Vice President for Administrative Services, the Chief Real Estate Officer will work closely with the University’s senior leadership to develop strategies for real estate including the evaluation of financial feasibility, market analyses, alternative project development methods, site selection, land acquisition, property disposition, real estate asset management, commercial real estate transactions and real estate negotiation as assigned. The role will have strong ties to the President’s Leadership Council to ensure that Real Estate strategies are integrally aligned with the overall University of Utah (the University) goals and vision.
