Job Summary
Reporting to the Vice President for University Advancement the Campus Chief Philanthropy Officer is responsible for managing, overseeing, and/or coordinating all aspects of campus advancement activities, to include all fundraising efforts of academic and non-academic areas, legacy giving, corporate and foundation giving (with the CPO-Health), annual giving (with Chief Alumni Relations Officer), donor stewardship, special fundraising initiatives managed by the Advancement office, strategy, budget, workforce development and planning.
Qualifications
Requires Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of professional fundraising experience or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience).
Demonstrated skills in leadership, management, financial planning, quality improvement, and service delivery; and demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills.
