Job Summary
Greets and assists visitors in person or over the telephone. Provides general office support.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) required. One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required.

Problem Solving
The incumbents in this position are expected to be familiar with the department’s policies and procedures and are required to have a working knowledge of University and department organizations and procedures in order to answer and assist staff and visitors.
