Job Summary
Provides strategic financial analysis to department management; coordinates program and operations research and analysis; and provides successful planning, administration and execution of a specific program(s). Provides information related to planning, policy development, work methods and procedures, manpower utilization, organizational structure, distribution of assignments and information management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) and four years of progressively more responsible management analyst experience; and demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills required.
A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
This position is patient-sensitive and must fulfill all associated vaccination requirements, or be approved for an exemption, prior to the first day of work. The staff member must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his or her assigned unit. The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of life span growth and development and the ability to assess data regarding the patient's status and provide care as described in the department's policies and procedures manual.
