Job Summary

Assists with various aspects of the software development lifecycle including technical requirements gathering, analysis, troubleshooting, technical design and specification generation, mentoring, documentation generation, etc. Works closely with software engineers, data analysts, product managers, UX/UI Analysts, QA analysts, and infrastructure personnel in order to create and maintain enterprise application software and integrations.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalency and 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Essential Functions

  1. Develops software applications and integrations using technologies according to departmental standards.
  2. Meets with product managers and/or customers to gather technical requirements and document processes to facilitate development with software engineers, data analysts, ux/ui analysts, and infrastructure personnel.
  3. Provides support to product managers and/or customers on new and existing applications as the need arises in a managed delivery schedule.
  4. Participates and coordinates development activities for upgrades of software applications.
