Job Summary

Coordinates daily Enforcement efforts, compiles reports, and collaborates with leadership. Acts as the main point of contact for field operations. Reports field information and metrics to supervisor.

Qualifications

Three years related parking enforcement experience, or equivalency; a valid Utah's Driver's License; and demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills required.

Must be able to pass a background review.

This position has no responsibility for providing care to patients.

Essential Functions

  1. Coordinates daily Enforcement efforts - scheduling, staffing, adjust areas of assignment, etc. based on resources/circumstances.
  2. Gathers Enforcement data, compiles reports daily and submits results to the Enforcement Supervisor.
  3. Collaborates with Enforcement leadership to target and focus efforts and new initiatives.
  4. Patrols campus with a real-time equipped LPR vehicle and enforces visitor parking areas.
  5. Responds to field situations and coordinates responsible parties for appropriate response.
  6. Acts as the main point of contact for field operations and fills in for the Enforcement Supervisor in their absence
  7. Assists leadership with training of new staff.

Problem Solving

 Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, and develop new practices. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
