Job Summary
Participates in, and conducts technical training programs. Determines training objectives. Writes training programs, including outline, text, handouts, and tests, and designs laboratory exercises. Lectures class on safety, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of software, machinery, and equipment, following outline, handouts and texts. Administers written and practical exams and writes performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance
Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) in a related area and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
