Job Summary
Plans and directs all administrative, financial, and operational activities. Acts as a point of contact between top management and employees or other stakeholders. Provides oversight and guidance to projects of high importance. Performs variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Typically reports to Chief Executive Officer.
Qualifications
Requires Bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of experience in the field, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience). Demonstrated skills in leadership, management, financial planning, quality improvement and service delivery within assigned area; and demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills. Essential Functions
1. Serves as advisor
2. serve as active member of executive leadership team
3. manage leadership team, administrative, and chairs' meeting agendas
4. monitor and prioritize projects
5. assist closely in chair and dean relations
6. serve as liaison with legal counsel
7. support Sr. VP in major external relations, works closely with development, government affairs, and public affairs.
