Job Title: Construction Project Scheduler

Job Summary

Creates and updates schedules for construction projects and project manpower allocations.

Qualifications

Five years project scheduling experience required. Demonstrated project management, organization, human relation and effective communication skills are also required.

Experience in construction strongly preferred.

This position has no responsibility for providing care to patients.

Essential Functions

  1. Develops and maintains schedules for construction phases for each construction project which guides the efforts of internal construction staff and outside contractors.
  2. Develops and maintains the master project management schedule for all approved construction projects and the schedules of proposed projects to facilitate long range planning purposes.
  3. Provides assistance to the Department Construction Manager and other employees on special studies requiring scheduling data.
  4. Works with the “Cost Control Estimator” to analyze project plans to determine how each project should take place.
