Job Summary
Conducts training of institutional systems based on existing curriculum and lesson plans. Provides floor support to system users, assessing staff skills using the system. Provides follow up training tailored to individual staff needs. Monitors the effectiveness of the training program.
Qualifications
Two years experience in a training or customer support capacity or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience). Demonstrated computer, organization, human relation and effective verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to manage time and work independently.
This position has no responsibility for providing care to patients.
