Job Summary
Coordinates and administers health, welfare and retirement plans for all University employees.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field plus two years experience in Benefits and Human Resources or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience). Demonstrated analytic, problem solving, presentation, human relations and effective communication skills requires. Through knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to benefits including ERISA rules, ADA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPPA, and retirement plans including 401(k), 403(b), 457(f), 457(b) required.
Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)designation; experience in health, welfare and/or retirement administration and plan design preferred.
This position has no responsibility for providing care to patients.
