Job Summary
Performs duties such as data entry in the maintenance and control of the HRIS system and personnel information.
Qualifications
Three years office experience with at least one year experience in Human Resources or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) required. Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills also required.
Data entry experience is preferred.
This position has no responsibility for providing care to patients.

Essential Functions
Problem Solving
This position responds to requests and questions regarding personnel and payroll matters within identified parameters, but refers difficult or unusual situations to their supervisor. This position may be given latitude to make decisions regarding the day to day operation of their functional area.
The major problems encountered by incumbents in this position include ensuring that employee information is entered correctly and researching and resolving questions and issues related to that information.
