Job Summary
Provides primary engineering support for radio and TV stations in order to ensure compliance with regulations of the Federal Communications Commission and to meet the technical production values of the station.
Qualifications
Associate degree in electronics or related field or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience); two years experience in electronic maintenance, preferably in broadcast engineering. Must have demonstrated communication and organizational skills.

The employee works both independently and collaboratively in performing audio engineering tasks. When troubles arise this position must be able to rapidly diagnose and respond to the issue.
Comments
The nature of the position requires occasional long hours and 24-hour on-call status.
