Job Summary
Directs the operations and strategic planning of patient/customer services, staffing, and financial management for assigned units of operations in supporting the Hospital's goals and mission. Acts as a catalyst between hospital departments, physicians and staff to ensure continuity and quality of service and care.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a clinical field, Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or related area, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience); eight years of progressively more responsible management experience; and demonstrated leadership, human relations and effective communications skills required. Completion of hospital provided supervisory training within one year of employment is also required.
Master's degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or related area preferred.
This position has no responsibility for providing care to patients.
