eForms Training
eForms is the automated approach to submit personnel actions (ePAF) and verify employment eligibility(eI-9) for new hires. It also includes a process for electronic approval routing. There are two online trainings for ePAF and I-9 access, but they are only for University payroll reporters and/or employees who are responsible for preparing personnel actions. The two trainings will provide instruction on the following eForms:
- Hire an Employee
- Edit Existing Job
- Change Employment Status
- Update Employee Personal Data
- Submit a Manual Request
- Manage Personal Workflow Preferences
- Create eI-9/E-Verify
For University payroll reporters, launch the ePAF training, and the I-9 Training in Bridge. For Hospital payroll reporters, please call front desk at 581-6500.
Kronos/Payroll Training
Kronos is the University’s time and attendance tracking system. There are several Kronos courses designed for each use of the system. Use the descriptions below to determine which one you may need.

PeopleAdmin (Online Job Application System) Training
PeopleAdmin is the University’s applicant tracking system. The online videos demonstrate how to create staff and faculty job postings within PeopleAdmin for payroll reporters or others who fulfill this departmental responsibility.
