Creating a Culture of Engagement
This workshop is designed to help managers understand how to create an environment where employees are proactive directed and committed to the team, as well as to their own job responsibilities. This is part of the Management Essentials Certification Program.
Effective and Inclusive Communication
Participants will learn about effective communication techniques and how to be more inclusive through our actions and the way we speak. This is part of the Management Essentials Certificate Program.
Managing Projects
This course is designed to help anyone who is working on a project to be more successful. Everyone manages some kind of project at work. It could be as simple as how to manage your emails or more complicated like planning a work event. You will learn basic fundamentals of project management skills and techniques. This is not certified project management course but will give an overview of the basic concepts used by certified project managers. This is a Foundational Skills Certificate Elective.
