Retirement Plans - Enrolling & Making Changes
Employees in benefit-eligible positions are automatically enrolled in the appropriate University-funded Retirement Plan.
You may enroll in the 403(b) and 457(b) Supplemental Retirement Savings Plans at any time.
To Enroll In the 403(b) and/or 457(b) Plan, complete Salary Reduction Agreement through UBenefits. Your contributions may be made pre-tax, after-tax, or a combination of pre-tax and after-tax.
Through UBenefits, you may also:
- Stop payroll deduction
- Change the amount you defer each pay period - including making elections for future pay periods
- Change your Investment Provider for future deferrals
- Change the amount deferred to different Investment Providers
