Call for Wellness Champions!
The WellU Employee Wellness Program is looking for wellness champions who would be willing to be a liaison between the wellness staff and departmental staff. We are looking for employees who will communicate with their work unit about programs and resources that are available, encourage staff to take advantage of these resources, and to be a champion in building a culture of wellness in the areas they work. The role of the champion would be to:
- Communicate regularly with the WellU team either by email or attending quarterly meetings
- Forward on important communications to department staff
- Update staff on current wellness programs and promotions during staff meetings
- Create a WellU bulletin board in your work area to display communications about events, promotions or healthy messages
