Take a cooking class to get a head start on eating healthy this summer!

  • When: Register for each section of the series individually.

    Monday October 5, 2009: Roasted Eggplant w/ Herb Puree and Quinoa Salad from our local favorite, Julie Jorling.

    Monday November 2, 2009: Healthy Harvest Meals with Chef Carl from the University Hospital.
     
  • Where: HPER North Room 227 (map).
  • Cost: $10.00 per person which includes the class and the meal for each participant.  Payment method is a one time, automatic payroll deduction that occurs when you register.  You will be charged for the class regardless of attendance.

Classes are limited to 12 and fill quickly, so register today! If you would like to register for more than one person please register yourself twice. Please limit two registrations per person.

Please email if you will not be attendance. You will not be charged if I am able to fill your reserved spot. Otherwise, invite a friend to join us in your place.
