How do I fill out or change my W-4 Tax Form?

• Once signed into CIS, click the Employee tab. Here, go to "My Human Resources/Payroll" and click "Payroll, Taxes, and Salary."  Next, click "W-4 Tax Information."  You may review or change this form at any time.
