Stress can have negative impacts on all aspects of our lives, but there are many things we can do to reduce stress. This workshop teaches several techniques for reducing stress and for coping with the different stressors in our lives. This workshop is designed to help you understand:

The University of Utah Employee Assistance Program is a confidential, free service to all eligible employees and their household members.
