Creating Effective Relationships (Includes having the difficult conversation)

  

Professional relationships support one’s professional goals, can open doors, and lead to effective collaboration. But often personalities and differing personal and professional agendas can get in the way. Learn how to create strong, positive relationships and how to manage those relationships when a difficult conversation is required. This workshop is designed to help you:

  • Understand your own expectations in relationships and how to manage those.
  • Manage interactions professionally through planning and preparation.
  • Learn how to address difficult interpersonal interactions in a timely and effective manner.
