This workshop is designed to give supervisors an increased comprehension of the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). At the conclusion of the 2 hour training session there will be a 1 hour Q & A session. During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Understand FMLA rules and regulations
- Identify the employee\'s FMLA responsibilities
- Recognize the supervisor\'s FMLA responsibilities and options
- Work through common FMLA case studies
