Utah imposes a sales tax on all retail sales of tangible personal property that are not specifically exempted. Some services are also subject to sales tax. This course will cover the following sales tax items: sales tax definitions, University responsibilities, assessment and collection, reporting requirements and the new streamlined sales tax laws. |
