You have probably heard, \'The only constant is change\'. Change happens in all areas of our life and requires us to adapt to new situations. This workshop takes a closer look at change and how you cope with it. This workshop will help you to:

  • Identify situations that make change necessary
  • Manage the change process
  • Prepare for the new beginnings associated with change NOTE: If class is full, please contact Human Resources at 585-2300 to be placed on a waiting list.

This class is taught by Tina Halliday, LCSW from the EAP.
