Giving and Receiving Feedback Among Co-Workers

One of the most important things you can do is to learn how to address situations in a timely and productive manner. The ability to give feedback is a critical professional skill. Even more important though is the willingness to receive feedback. The information that you receive through feedback processes helps you to adjust, improve, and supports achievement of career goals. In this workshop, you will discover ways to minimize the risk and discomfort that comes with both delivering and receiving feedback. This workshop is designed to help you:

  • Understand the importance of feedback to professional and career development.
  • Appreciate the importance of being open to receiving feedback.
  • Develop a personal plan that will allow you to turn feedback into productive and positive change.
  • Learn when giving feedback is appropriate and how to deliver professional and productive feedback.
