Every day in every walk of life people get upset over events, the action or inaction of others, miscommunications, etc. The reasons people become angry are almost as numerous as people themselves. During this course you will learn:

What are the causes of anger?
How can we manage anger?

The University of Utah Employee Assistance Program is a confidential, free service to all eligible employees and their household members.
