Leading Change

  

It is part of human nature to resist change, and instituting change can be a difficult process. There is an eight-step process you can use to help minimize resistance, get people on board, and move forward with changes that will propel your organization to new levels. This workshop will help you:

  • Understand the factors that contribute to the success or failure of change efforts.
  • Implement specific leadership strategies to manage both the events and the emotions surrounding change.
  • Address resistance and respond to people\'s concerns.
  • Apply an 8 stage process for successful change.
