Performance Management

  

Part of management is working with employees to create clear expectations for their job and for professional interactions. When this is done well, employees are supported in their success and contributions. When this is done poorly, there is often frustration and discontent among employees. In addition, it is important to have good accountability and follow-up on what is expected. This takes time, planning, and sometimes courage. This workshop is designed to help you:

 

  • Learn to create and communicate clear performance expectation.
  • Understand how to develop and support your employees.
  • Know how and why to provide positive and constructive feedback.
  • Learn to create effective communication and positive interactions among employees.
