This workshop is designed to provide you with an overview of University policy and procedures that govern employee rights and supervisory responsibilities. This workshop is a mixture of lecture, “Q&A” and interactive group discussion. Topics include:
Basic tenets of staff discipline and dismissal
Employee separations
Leaves of absence, including FMLA
Worker’s Compensation
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
