Interpersonal Communication EEP
The Employee Enrichment Program (EEP) is a unique learning opportunity that will help you become a more effective employee at the University of Utah. The EEP is split into three separate programs: Outstanding Customer Service, Professional Development, & Interpersonal Communication. Each program consists of 3 interactive workshops designed to deliver useful and powerful content to make your employment at the University more successful.
Features:
- No Cost: Our Enrichment program is available at no cost for University of Utah employees.
- Scheduling: Most workshops in the program are available multiple times per year making it convenient to enroll.
- Approval: Discuss your interest in the program with your supervisor and have her/him call our main line with any questions. These programs work well with performance planning and goal setting initiatives and supervisors should encourage their employees to participate.
To participate in the program you will:
- Register for and participate in 3 of the 4 classes assigned for the program you've chosen.
- After completing each workshop, submit a completed application plan which entails applying 1 or more concepts from each workshop (total of 3) and submitting a brief write up about each experience.
- After completing all three workshops, submit a 1 page summary of how the tools and techniques will directly apply to your job.
Upon completion of the program you will receive:
- Letter of Content. Learned content from the training department which illustrates the information and concepts that the program covered.
- Certificate of Successful Completion. A handsome document that trumpets your accomplishment. This document is sent to both you and your supervisor.
