2012 WellU Healthy Cooking Series Schedule

Our healthy cooking series is designed for all skill levels, and diets! We invite chefs and foodies to the kitchen who are both enthusiastic and knowledgeable to teach the rest of us how we can become more healthy and creative in the kitchen. Our classes provide a safe and fun atmosphere to learn cooking techniques and answer questions. You can expect to learn delicious ways to incorporate vegetables into your meal planning and put a healthy twist on some traditional dishes. Come join us for food, fun, and entertainment.

· Where: HPER North Room 227 (map).

Cost: $20.00 per person which includes the class and the meal for each participant. Payment method is a one time, automatic payroll deduction that occurs when you register. You will be charged for the class regardless of attendance.

Classes are limited to 30 and fill quickly, so register today! If you would like to register for more than one person please register yourself twice. Please limit two registrations per person.
