JOURNAL ENTRY

  • Journal Entry - there are times when another department covers costs or incurs charges that are shared with your department. In order to reallocate funds from your department to theirs you must do a journal entry. Instructions for this process are located here.You must send a hard copy of the journal entry to General Accounting keeping a copy for your records.
