Payroll Reporter List
Purpose of the Payroll Reporter List
The Payroll Reporter List is a moderated list intended as a platform
for notices and announcements To Payroll Reporters. You cannot send mail
to this list. One of the main aims of the Payroll Reporter list is
to keep Payroll Reporters informed about Payroll and Human
Resource Issues - it is not intended as a general discussion group.
Subscribe to the Payroll Reporter List
To be added to the list, you need to contact Thuy Nguyen at
Nguyen.T@utah.edu .
The subject of your email must read "Subscribe to PayrollReporter-List" and the content of the message must include the following information which must be provided in numerical order:
- your name
- are you the payroll reporter in your department? Please indicate YES or NO
- employee id number
- department name and id number
- job title and code
- email address - to avoid delays in adding you to the list, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
- your email address must end in utah.edu - non utah.edu addresses are not permitted
- AND must be listed in the Campus Information System (PeopleSoft) - please verify your email address on the
campus directory to make sure it is the email address you are submitting
- NOTE: Anytime your email address in PeopleSoft changes, you must resubscribe in order to stay on the Payroll Reporter List
Unsubscribe From The Payroll Reporter List
If you no longer want to receive messages from this list, you need to
contact Thuy Nguyen at Nguyen.T@utah.edu .
The subject of your email must read "Unsubscribe PayrollReporter-List" and the content of your message must include your:
- name
- employee id number
- email address
