What is ePAF?
ePAF or e-PAF [e-pahf] n.
- A system for submitting Electronic Personnel Action Forms online.
- The automated replacement for the manual paper PAN process

- Hire an Employee eForm
- Edit Existing Job eForm
- Change Employment Status eForm
- Update Employee Personal Data eForm
- Submit a Manual Request eForm (for correction requests)
- Applicant interface (prepopulates applicant data on the hiring form)
- Automates page 2 of the PAN for Faculty
- Routes full Faculty Appointment Packet
- Optionally include scanned and desktop document attachments
- Route approvals automatically
Who can use ePAF?
University Administrative Policy 3-7
All users must follow Policy 3-003: Authorizations and Approvals Required for Financial Transactions when delegating and approving ePAF's. The ePAF system has been defined in accordance with PPM 3-7 which dictates who is authorized to approve ePAF's. The policy is undergoing some editorial changes to reflect the ePAF roles.
