Welcome to the electronic Personnel Action Form (ePAF) website.
The goal of ePAF is to improve the processing of personnel changes at the University of Utah by replacing the manual paper PAN process with electronic submissions and approval routing.
Effective May 27, 2008, departments can begin processing personnel actions electronically through the ePAF system. Paper PAN forms will still be accepted for a short time as departments transition to the new system.
To ensure that you understand ePAF, this website has been created to assist you in the process and to answer questions you may have regarding ePAF. It will also be updated regularly to provide you with the most up-to-date information.
